Program Description

The Car Costly Notes SMS Program delivers vehicle ownership budgeting education by text message. Subscribers who opt in may receive recurring budgeting articles, expense tracking tips, ownership planning education, and content alerts covering fuel spending, maintenance planning, repair funds, replacement items, parking costs, cleaning supplies, and travel budgets.

Users who request the Vehicle Budgeting Tip Series by Text receive that series by text along with related account notification messages such as opt-in confirmation, subscription status, delivery updates, opt-out confirmation, and HELP replies.

Sample first message after opt-in: "Car Costly Notes: You are subscribed to the Vehicle Budgeting Tip Series by Text for Vehicle Ownership Budgeting education. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

Message Categories

Consent is collected separately for each category, and each box is unchecked by default.

• Account notification messages: you receive these only if you check the account notification box, and they relate to the request you submitted.
• Marketing and educational content messages: you receive these only if you check the content box, and they include new budgeting articles, expense tracking tips, ownership planning education, and content alerts.

Opt-Out Instructions

Supported Carriers
